Initially, the bourbon wasn't impressive upon my first taste, but the sip evolved through two more stages. First, butter, then caramel, and it concluded with a coffee aftertaste.

A burning sensation in the chest. Oaky and not very sweet. The aroma is good, I thought I detected a hint of maple or honey.
A bit thin, but overall smooth with good flavor. Vanilla and fruit with a little rye spice.
Some caramel and light vanilla notes with a hint of spicy rye and a warm finish.
Initially spicy, but mellowed out once it had time to breathe. A fantastic discovery!
