The aroma is very subtle with traces of green apple and fruit. The initial taste is reminiscent of a genuine Irish whiskey. Uncomplicated, no artificial aging, no nonsense. It has the appropriate spice with apple, oak, toasted notes, and char, finishing with a hint of vanilla. Adding ice makes no difference. This is an excellent whiskey that can be enjoyed in any manner you prefer. I strongly endorse acquiring this one. It was quite affordable and well worth the cost!!
