About this bottle
While primarily known for producing aged brandies, grappas, and eaux-de-vie, Peach Street Distillers also crafts vodka, gin, whiskey, and agave spirits. To develop new variations, they combine their existing products. Jackelope and Jenny Aged Gin is created by first marrying two of their original products: Jackelope Gin and Pear Eau-de-Vie. After blending, the resulting pear and gin spirit is aged in barrels previously used for their Colorado Straight Bourbon. It is bottled at 45% ABV, a higher proof than its unaged counterpart.
