I've been using Parrot Bay Rums for some time, and considering their cost, they're quite good for the "fancy" drinks my wife enjoys. It's a mellow rum without a medicinal taste that blends very well and isn't unpleasant. I don't purchase flavored rums to seek profound meaning; that's what a good bourbon is for. Use it as a mixer and enjoy it.

It's sweeter than Malibu, both in smell and taste. At least this gives it more of a piña colada scent and less of a sunscreen aroma. I could drink it, but I'm not sure why.
