Toppers Rhum- Banana Vanilla Cinnamon

A spiced rum from St. Maarten with an inviting nose of sun-ripened bananas, fresh vanilla, and cinnamon. Its balanced journey concluded with a lengthy, intricate finish. March 2017 / April 2018

This isn't a "fine" spirit, but it's quite drinkable. It has a mild sweetness, isn't harsh, and offers distinct cinnamon along with an unusual blend of banana and vanilla. I'm really looking forward to seeing a friend make rum cake with this...

-Mild aroma, mild taste, can be consumed on its own, alcohol is noticeable initially but then it turns sweet.
