Color: Dusky syrup. Nose: Frosted cake, meadow flowers, and a hint of cocoa. Sweet strawberry preserves also waft up. Palate: Peanut butter right at the start. Bananas foster drizzled with caramel meets vanilla pudding and a little cherry. Finish: A slight lingering spice, like cinnamon snickerdoodles. Gentle, warm, and pleasantly sweet. Diluted: More fruit and floral notes on the nose and palate, but also a milder sweetness, like warm butter. Less spice, more fresh vanilla orchids.
