Osocalis XO Brandy is crafted from aged Californian brandies derived from colombard, chenin blanc, semillon, and pinot noir grapes. Osocalis, a small, family-operated distillery situated in Soquel, California, within the greater Santa Cruz area, was established in the early 1990s. The brandies are produced using small, 100-liter alambic charentais stills imported from the Cognac region.

Excellent. Nose: Grapes, pineapple, raisins, vanilla, plums, lavender, peaches, cherries, salted caramel, minerals. Palate: Vanilla, pears, sultanas, raisins, oak, pineapple, oranges, cherries, milk chocolate. Finish: Raisins, dark chocolate, plums, dates, red apples, pears.
