Beautiful pale pink color from hibiscus. Aromas of juniper berry, pink grapefruit, some tea tannins, licorice, herbs, and alcohol that's a bit aggressive, even volatile. On the palate, a mix of juniper berry and pink grapefruit, with the bitterness becoming more apparent thanks to the zest. Other subtler but still recognizable flavors added: tea, licorice, earth... The hibiscus and its floral aspect are almost absent, except for its visual contribution. Let it rest to reduce the alcohol intensity. Very good flavored gin, for grapefruit lovers.

Ultimately, it's a solid flavored gin, but not especially memorable. The hibiscus notes are so faint that nothing truly distinguishes itself.
