Aroma: Citrusy and vegetal. Palate: Tangerines, yuzu, pepper, white flowers. For an infused gin, it's genuinely very good on its own (tasted slightly chilled). It has a wonderfully bright citrus presence with a tonic as well, and clearly has an aromatic profile suited for shining in various cocktails.
