I consider that a good indicator. The palate is very easy to swirl before releasing a burst of dark chocolate and earthy rye spice that makes the mouth tingle. The mouth remains full of flavor as a slight chewiness develops, followed by charred oak. It is wonderfully delicious, providing fewer but richer flavors compared to others. So easy to savor, so exciting to taste. The finish is medium long with a lingering pepperiness that keeps the mouth tingling alongside a pleasant chewiness. Dark chocolate provides a smooth finish as it fades.
