Very well-balanced bourbon. Not harsh, with the perfect amount of sweetness. It's an excellent value, being 7 years old and barrel proof. Features a 4-grain mash bill. I detect some similarities to Michter's Barrel Proof bourbon. Quite impressive that it's made by the distillery itself (not from an independent bottler). Full of flavor, with nothing unusual. Recommended!
