About this bottle

Orange County Distillery, a very small operation in Orange County, New York, was established by two businessmen during their off-season. All grains used are cultivated on the distillery's grounds. Bourbon, Batch 9, was created using grains from fields 37, 38, and 47 on the property and subsequently aged for seven months in small oak barrels.

The aroma is unremarkable. Sweetness on the tongue, but the finish is overwhelmingly like sawdust.
