About this bottle
The American independent Scotch whisky bottler, The Perfect Fifth, offers Oran, a blended Scotch whisky brand. Jim Murray, who authored Jim Murray's Whisky Bible, developed Oran. Blend No. 1 is composed of equal measures of single malt Scotch whisky and single grain Scotch whisky. The whiskies used in this blend have only matured in ex-bourbon barrels. This bottling is at 50% ABV, with a production run of just 465 bottles. Limited quantities can be found at select retailers in New York, New Jersey, and California, and also online through the brand's website starting in November 2023. (SRP $189)
