Nose: Initially sweet, reminiscent of freshly baked sugar cookies. After a five-minute rest, it becomes overwhelmingly maple and butterscotch. Mouth: Nutty with caramel, pepper, and a touch of oak. It has a dry, yet not bitter, sensation. Finish: A medium to long finish with notes of citrus and spice. Summary: A complex and uniquely pleasing flavor. I would certainly recommend it, though I'm uncertain if it would become a regular in my rotation. 3.75 / 5

This one is from my initial hometown… a decent bourbon in terms of body and smoothness. No truly distinct flavors stand out, and there seems to be a slight woody character on the finish. It feels full and rich nonetheless. I'll keep it for a while to see if I can uncover its flavor profile.

Quite an adventurous experience. The aroma is sweet with subtle hints of caramel. The taste is sweet with an oily texture, a touch of ethanol, and some oak. The finish carries some ethanol initially, which then fades into a sweet vanilla. All the blends contribute significantly to the overall profile.
