Tasted on October 19th, 2021. The nose had light oak and sweet honey. The palate was smooth yet muted, with notes of vanilla and oak. The finish was short, featuring oak, noticeable ethanol, and stonefruit. I sampled it neat, on the rocks, in an Old Fashioned, and mixed with Coca Cola No Sugar at various ratios. The primary impressions were the alcohol and the barrel influence. It wasn't bad enough to discard.
