Old Man Winter Bourbon

I'm uncertain about this one. My knowledge is limited, with only "Distilled in Kentucky" on the barcode. Rumor has it this is a four-grain recipe. It's bottled at 109.8 proof, but initially tastes like it's around 90 proof, in a very good way. The aroma is inviting, with what I perceive as caramel apple notes. The taste is overwhelmingly like apple pie. Caramel, apple, cinnamon, and possibly other elements are present. I'm really enjoying this and am eager to see how it evolves as it airs out! If you appreciate a subtle, smooth apple pie bourbon with a touch of sweetness, this might be for you! My best guess for its age is 6 to 9 years, so not quite as "aged" as the name suggests, but it's a truly wonderful drink!

Nose: A blend of honeydew and caramel or butterscotch, dried fruit (berries). Taste: Caramel or toffee, graham cracker, baking spices and rye spice, creamy and buttery, dried fruit (berries), oak and toasted, funky and wheaty. Finish: Long and warm, with notes of oak and warming spice.

Sweet like a sugary candy cane. Tastes like marshmallow.
