Aroma: I detect toasted vanilla with toffee and nuts Palate: Like melted butter. The flavor is rich and smooth, reminiscent of visiting Grandma's house to help prepare a fresh batch of cookies. A hint of cherry might be present Finish: It's a pleasant linger, largely building on the cookie flavor. Overall: I truly enjoy this! It's rich in flavor but still a relatively light-bodied bourbon
