Old Elk Wheated Bourbon (Barrel 1247 Specially Selected for Virginia ABC)

This is truly… impressive. Utterly amazed. First serving, consumed neat, without dilution or ice. A somewhat smoky / oaky scent. Flavor: toffee / caramel initially on the palate; a sweet, buttery finish (especially for 57% ABV) and it is absolutely delicious.
