This is a very distinctive whiskey. The nose has light oak, fluffy waffles, and fruit. The palate is where it becomes truly captivating. The mouthfeel is incredibly creamy with butterscotch! So much butterscotch and vanilla. It finishes nicely with a long, smooth finish as the oak becomes slightly more noticeable. The Canadian oak barrels truly enhance the base whiskey in a positive way.

Subtle fruit and spice. Very easy to drink. A little thin, but delicious. The finish is short to medium. A bit green on the palate, with pine and spearmint.
Amazing. Silky. Full of taste. This is the kind of quality bourbon I look for. Out of the three bottlings, I like this one the best.
