Kay Lindquist 2.0

Is this another overpriced bourbon I shouldn't have purchased? Let's find out. Aroma - Primarily vanilla, indicative of a young MGP product. It's very sweet and fruity, lacking significant corn or barrel notes, suggesting some age. The aroma is abundant and rich, which is quite impressive. Taste - The aroma was superior. The flavor is more typical of MGP, with some sharp sourness, butterscotch, toffee, oak, and light, unsweetened vanilla. It has a full mouthfeel, body, and flavor. Overall, this is quite good. Fans of old carter will likely enjoy it. If you're indifferent, like myself, it's not a standout. I rate this a 2.0. At $200, I wouldn't buy these, but to each their own.

Domingo Burks 4.3

Bottle #213 of 587, 1-DC, 59.1%. The nose has caramel and vanilla, followed by sweet caramel corn, orange peel, and pecan. A slight honey note lingers on the finish. It's a long finish.

Georgia Prieto 4.3

Thick and viscous, with some toffee, brittle candy, and sweet oak.
