Nose - So vibrant and minty, with herbal, apple, and pear notes, plus honeysuckle. Palate - Echoes the nose with a really pleasant minty herbal taste. A light honeysuckle and floral sweetness balances it nicely. Finish - Light, but with some barrel spice on the tongue. A good sipper.

Batch 6. Fantastic aroma, reminiscent of bourbon. Subtle notes of oak and herbs. The taste brings forth sweet tea and a pleasing spice that endures for a very long time. Less harsh than Batch 5. Excellent. 1/8/21
Tried a new spirit; the high alcohol content was evident, it had less aroma, wasn't as smooth, and was sweeter than I prefer.
Batch 3 is syrupy, spicy, with notes of lemon, marmalade, and sweet tea - among the finest ryes I've ever experienced.
Lemon, hops, and floral notes. An incredible nose and flavor. The best rye I've ever had.
Reminds me of my mother's summer squash bread. It's lemony and delightful!
