Incredible. Reminds me of Christmas. Like a Cinnabon. Oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. Oatmeal raisin cookie. Exotic wood notes. Finishes like a gingerbread house, slightly tannic. Powerful nose, rich flavor, strong finish. There's barely a hint of the underlying bourbon. Lingering aroma and taste. Very distinctive and hard to fully describe. Amazing
