I sampled this at the distillery and was impressed by its smoothness, leading me to purchase a bottle. Upon returning home and trying it again, my initial impression holds true. The rye presence is there but not dominant, and it remains exceptionally smooth, just as I recalled. For its price, it represents good value.

Nose: ethanol, light vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel. Mouthfeel: viscous but clinging. Taste: a mild lingering Kentucky hug, with light flavors of butter and caramel and a lingering carbon taste. I can't identify any strong notes for the life of me. I was told this was continuously produced, and I don't understand why.
