The name Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is derived from the northern Atlantic wind, referred to as Nordés in Spain. This gin is distilled from locally cultivated Albariño grapes, aiming to distinguish itself from conventional grain-based gins. Its botanical profile includes juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus, quinine, and licorice.

A disappointment unlike many. Lovely blend of citrusy sweetness, delicate florals, and a distinct minty brightness on the aroma, would have ranked among the top gins globally if the taste matched, yet it turns distinctively and powerfully perfumed in its profile, even when diluted.
What a fantastic surprise! This is a highly distinctive gin I could even enjoy straight. It's very smooth and slightly sweet, with prominent eucalyptus and subtle citrus notes. This might become my new favorite.
Nose is dominated by fir, lemon peel, and allspice. Taste is like lemon drops, sweet pea scented lotion from Bath and Body Works. Relatively sweet, relatively smooth. Finishes with a mouth full of flowers.
Highly floral, with undertones of eucalyptus and black licorice or tea. I suspect it would be best enjoyed mixed with tonic. It's clearly a divisive gin, but make no mistake, it's quite distinctive.
Intriguing smell, like some foreshots were added for taste? Complex flavors on the palate, with many notes emerging. Served with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and ice.
