A sophisticated, bright, fortified dinner wine made with Fino Sherry from Palomino grape, Moscatel & Tintilla de Rota wines enhanced with herbs: chamomile, nutmeg, vanilla, cardamom & wormwood. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of fruits, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while a full & off-dry middle adds notes of wild strawberry, nectarine, pastry aromas, anise, marjoram, mint, chamomile & orange blossom; that led to a long & silky end adding notes of orange zest, vanilla butter, nutmeg & clove.
