Nobletons- Plantērs Whiskey

This new bottling from Nobleton's distillery has the perfect balance of sweetness and warmth. While I was already a big admirer of their Rums, this is now my preferred product from them. Their dedication to thorough research and testing before releasing new items is evident, and they are the only craft distillery I recommend. I'd place this somewhere between Elijah Craig Small Batch and Four Roses Small Batch. It offers the right amount of corn sweetness while maintaining a well-rounded warmth at 100 proof. It's remarkable that this is only 3 years old, and I'm excited to see their future creations!

I wish I had more details on the grain bill, but this is delightful. I believe anyone who finds this on a shelf should get a bottle and form their own impression. I've experienced the first batch and now have the second. In my opinion, this marks the start of something promising.
