New World Distillery, Uncharted Series Barrel Rested Gin

This Oomaw gin was aged in French oat barrels that previously held sweet vermouth. It's from Batch 1, Bottle 106, and was made in Eden, UT, using organic corn. The gin leads with juniper but has a sweet, rounded quality, with notes of vanilla and fruit. It's rich and thick, making it excellent for drinks or enjoyed solo on ice. An amazing creation. 44.5% ABV.
