Hugo Markham 3.8

Nose: Maple, heat. Taste: Thin, brown sugars, light spice, abundant American Oak. Finish: Lingering warmth. With water: 1 capful - Oak is more pronounced, resembling freshly cut wood. 2 capfuls - Similar to 1 capful but with a mellower flavor; my preferred state. 3 capfuls - Overly diluted; loses the barrel proof intensity.

Susan Landry 3.0

Not my preference; it has a woody finish. Occasionally a hint of caramel and spice, but overall, I'm not particularly fond of it.

Aniyah Barron 5.0

The finest thing I have sampled Rated 10/10 considering the cost and availability. I am eager to observe their future releases as the stock matures.

Olive Griffiths 4.5

Really well put together. Everything is precisely where it should be.

Nathanael Carlin 3.0

Sweet, with a kick, even when prepared as an old fashioned.

Cleo Carey 4.3

A specific barrel selection.
