New Riff Distilling, founded in 2014 with Brian Sprance as Head Distiller, primarily offers Kentucky Bourbon but has expanded to rye whiskey and gin. The New Make series represents their interpretation of traditional Kentucky White Dog. The New Make Bourbon mash bill includes non-GMO corn, rye, and malted barley. This unaged whiskey is diluted to 90 proof and bottled without filtration.
