Not my top choice, but it's certainly distinct from anything else I've tried. The nose has a peppery quality, with a bit of spice but not much heat on the palate. It goes down smoothly, but the corn presence is definitely noticeable. Overall, it doesn't taste cheap, but it's a little too light for my liking. It's unlike anything you'd find in Kentucky or Tennessee. I'm glad I picked it up to experience something new while passing through Albuquerque, but it's definitely not for everyone.
