About this bottle

Viv Muir and her husband, Steve, created their own gin by improvising distilling equipment in their home kitchen using a pressure cooker and old central heating pipes. After numerous batches and an upgrade to a glass laboratory still, they developed their desired gin. NB Gin, produced at the North Berwick Distillery, incorporates eight botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, grains of paradise, cassia bark, ground cardamom, lemon peel, and orris root powder. This gin is subsequently distilled in a custom-made copper pot still and bottled at 42% ABV.

Solid. Clean, crisp, and dry. A good amount of sweetness as well, even though no sugars are added. Good for sipping neat or in a cocktail!
