About this bottle

Equipo Navazos has collaborated with Nicolas Palazzi of PM Spirits to create this limited whisky from northern Spain. It is made from 100% Spanish corn and matured in new, still-damp Valdespino Palo Cortado Casks. Although sherry casks are frequently used for whisky maturation, it is uncommon to find whisky aged in barrels that previously held this dry sherry variety, particularly when they are fresh from the winery. This non-age statement whisky is between 4 and 6 years old.
