Smell: Corn, subtle vanilla and caramel, sharp wood, faint ethanol sting. Flavor: Corn, caramel, soda, vanilla bean, black pepper, buttered popcorn, gentle alcohol sting, concluding rapidly with diminishing corn and ethanol notes. It's not good. It's definitely a lot of corn in the mash and very immature. The flavor profile is more like Mellow Corn compared to a standard American whiskey.
