Engaging aroma: vanilla, honey, caramel, and even a floral scent. I truly enjoy this whiskey. It has a wonderful texture, slick leading to a prolonged finish. Pleasantly surprising sweetness. Mild caramel and vanilla at the start. Mint and brown sugar follow. This combination reminds me of an oatmeal butterscotch cookie. There's a surge of flavor in the finish, and I only wish it extended longer. This is my third drink from this producer, and I'm rapidly becoming a supporter.

Aromatics showcase everything. Brown sugars, vanilla, and fruit forward notes like orange peel, with a touch of ethanol. Flavor: More fruit, rye spice, and a bit of sweetness. It's quite enjoyable. Aftertaste: Stays around a long time and is smooth. Minimal burn. Whether that's good or bad is up to you. General Impression: A damn good pour for something received in a package deal without prior knowledge.
Just opened this bottle of Rye from a specific producer that I had shipped from a specific retailer. Absolutely delightful! A wonderful pour from them, very easy to drink! Aroma: Vanilla bean, oak, hints of fruit and some spice. Finish: Vanilla, oak, spice.
Aroma: Citrus, clove, mint, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of smoke. Palate: Black pepper, mint, clove, orange, cinnamon, caramel, and vanilla.
Overpriced MGP product.
