It tastes like a hay field was doused in burning petroleum, then the charred hay was blended in a high-powered mixer. Yes, it's that bad. We had a blind tasting of bourbons, and this was one of the most expensive bottles, yet it was the only one nobody wanted to take home. Having only been aged for two years, it doesn't seem ready to drink. Some Virginia distilleries bottle their products before they are mature, which is unfortunate because it makes them undrinkable. I'm adding this review to warn others to steer clear, or at least to sample it before buying. You won't buy it after trying it, guaranteed.
