Montana Whiskey Co. - Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The aroma is very straightforward yet pleasant, with faint hints of vanilla sweetness. The taste is light, smooth, and sweet, with subtle maple notes. The initial aftertaste is slightly unpleasant, reminiscent of the taste after inflating balloons. It fades quickly, leaving a lasting smoothness. Perhaps it was just a temporary anomaly. I'll reassess after another tasting.

Light, smooth, and warming. An easy-drinking spirit. Tasted immediately after Penelope. This one felt more vibrant than Penelope. Perhaps a bit more tart? Still figuring out my reviewing skills. I liked this a lot, but preferred Penelope slightly more. 12/24/22

I enjoy Highland Park 12. This reminds me of a younger version, minus the salt. An excellent Montana Bourbon. It also features a wax seal and attractive labeling.
