Series 01, barrel #41 Smell: Caramel, a bit of alcohol Taste: sweet, apple pie, creamy Finish: moderate, spice with continued sweetness An enjoyable bourbon. While $75 might be a bit steep, I liked it. I'll need to taste it blind alongside some others. At 100 proof, it likely doesn't compete with barrel proof options in the $60-80 range, but it will still be a good daily drinker until the bottle is gone.

Aroma: molasses, rock candy, honeydew, marshmallow, cinnamon, coconut. Taste: sweet, but many of the aromas don't translate. Mincemeat seasoning, pepper, and cherry pie. Finish: a long finish with cherry and a pleasant warmth.
The aroma is very faint... a little of roasted peanut. The taste is very mild but there just isn't much there. Very brief finish. Nothing objectionable, but really nothing to get excited about, particularly given the price point.
Nose - sugar and a touch of lemon Body - light-bodied with sugar and lemon, has a hint of candy Finish - dry with a trace of brown sugar remaining Reminds me of many products from Heaven Hill.
Wonderful full body and amazing scent and flavor. Really enjoyed it as it had practically nothing harsh, I believe. I poured it over ice cubes... it was great throughout.
Plenty of caramel. It's light and not very complex, but a truly enjoyable drink. A touch of citrus. A decent warmth on the finish.
