Moncreiffe signature

Aroma: strawberry, powdered sugar, hay, raisins, anise, pear, prunes, with a slight musty note. Taste: honey, raisin, prunes, very sweet, quite syrupy, a little oak, black licorice. Finish: sweet, warm, a hint of black licorice, very subtle oak.

The nose has warm leather, candied orange peel, and nutmeg, but it's subtle. The initial taste is honey and French toast. It finishes spicy. The body is medium and has a pleasant, welcoming oiliness. There's minimal vanilla and wood.

Strawberry and raisin detected on the nose. Vanilla and wood on the palate. The finish is spicy. A fairly intricate blend. I'd appreciate a bit more to analyze it thoroughly.

Smells like raisins and butterscotch. The palate is very sweet and syrupy, almost like honey! The finish is medium and spicy. Reminds me of a dessert drink. Not really my preference.

Quite smooth. Liked this one. Leaves a pleasant coating in the mouth.
