González Byass, a Spanish sherry producer founded in 1835 by Manuel María González Angel, makes MOM Gin. This dry gin is triple distilled in a copper still and flavored with red berries and other botanicals. Bottled at 39.5% ABV, MOM God Save the Gin Royal Smoothness is a tribute to England.

A crisp, flavored London Dry Gin from Gonzalez Byass, a Spanish Sherry producer. It is crafted in England, distilled four times in a copper still, and infused with exotic botanicals, red, and black berries. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of berries, flowers, and herbs. A smooth middle adds notes of cranberry and rose, leading to a crisp and delicate finish. Sampled in March 2022.
This is the first berry-flavored gin I've genuinely appreciated; the fruitiness complements it rather than overpowering it, feeling like an integral part of the spirit. It also serves as an excellent base for cocktails. My preferred and simple preparation is a Gin & Tonic with a small amount of (black) cherry purée at the bottom of the glass, garnished with candied cherries on top. Give it a try!
