This is the first berry-flavored gin I've genuinely appreciated; the fruitiness complements it rather than overpowering it, feeling like an integral part of the spirit. It also serves as an excellent base for cocktails. My preferred and simple preparation is a Gin & Tonic with a small amount of (black) cherry purée at the bottom of the glass, garnished with candied cherries on top. Give it a try!
Sweet, well-balanced, rich, with prominent juniper, a touch of floral, and herbal notes.
Fruity, with red fruit flavors.
It has fruit notes.
