This is essentially lightly aged, grainy moonshine. Grassy, musty, and full of flavor with a moderately bitter finish. If you're looking for that, it's a 4.5-star whiskey. If you expect Scotch, it's a 1-star. It won't be a regular in my collection, but it's a decent alternative when I want something different.
