Millcroft Reserve Milford Bourbon

Aroma of green grass, rye, corn, oak, cinnamon, green cardamom, and pisco. Tastes sweet and green, with cherry, grass, grape jelly, baking spices, peach, vanilla, confectioner’s sugar. Lingering spice on the finish. It's young. It began smelling like grass and unaged brandy, and although it gained some character after a few minutes, it remained quite green. On the palate, it's quite different, still green, but mostly sweet, fruity, and rich. Peculiar.

Earthy aromas with hints of cherries, wheat, peach, and cardamom on the nose. The palate offers white pepper, grass, and candied cherries.
