Millcroft Reserve Clermont Bourbon

Tried neat thanks to a friend On the nose I get heavy corn, plum, cherries, apple, vanilla, brown sugar, maple syrup. After a sip and returning to the nose I get strong maple syrup and a warm tortilla with butter and white sugar on it, rolled up. Oh, and cinnamon. On the palate I get corn, raw corn, heavy corn, dirty corn, candy corn, cornmeal, cinnamon.

Cornbread, plum, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla on the nose. The palate is sweet with vanilla, black pepper, powdered sugar, maple syrup, plum, and sweet cherry. The finish is sweet with a hint of barrel char.
