About this bottle
Unabridged Volume 1 is a limited edition blend of straight bourbon whiskeys. To create this blend, Milam & Greene CEO Heather Greene collaborated with authors and Flaviar's resident liquor experts Noah Rothbaum & David Wondrich. Their collaboration resulted in a blend featuring straight bourbons from 38 barrels across three states (Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas), with ages ranging from 2.75 to 14 years. The core of the bottling was distilled by Milam & Greene Master Distiller Marlene Holmes, using the same mash bill recipe in both Texas and at Bardstown Bourbon Co. in Kentucky. It is bottled without chill-filtration at cask strength, at 118 proof. It became available in the US, Alberta, Canada, and online at Flaviar.com starting September 2022.
