About this bottle
This marks the second bottling in Mijenta's Maestra Selection series, which explores the terroir of Jalisco and surrounding regions. Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero selected agave from individual estates located in Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacan, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. These states possess distinct microclimates and soil compositions, influencing the unique flavor profiles of the harvested agave. The agave was distilled separately and then blended prior to bottling without any additives. It is offered at 80 proof (40% ABV) and was made available at select retailers and online in limited quantities starting September 8, 2025. (SRP $74.99)
