Here we go again...Tree 4. Nose - Oak and sweet. Classic jammy Irish pot still essence is present, but the virgin oak is really strong. Taste - Oak and spice abound. I'm going straight for the water after this sip. Alright, let's try again. Apples, pears, honey, some mild cereal, and a bold, spicy finish. Wow, this really benefited from water! Nose - part 2. Much better with water, delightful fruits, jams, and honey. Picture vanilla pear butter on toast with honey drizzled over it. I can even detect fresh-cut grass now. Just lovely. 3.75 A little let down compared to the last tree, but this is quite young and may improve. Regardless, a fantastic whisky I can suggest, though the cost is a bit high. For your information, it's 700 ml in the US.

I was lucky enough to sample all seven trees during a tasting. They are all quite good, receiving scores between 4.5 and 5 from me. My preferred order is: Tree 5, 4, 3, 1, 7, 6, and 2.
