Smell- Bananas Foster, Caramel and oak. There's also some cherry. Taste- Oak and a significant amount of ethanol. This was drying and tannic. Finish- Medium to long, drying and a bit biting. Overall- I had high expectations. This is a rare pour for me. Too tannic and hot. The flavors were concentrated. I tried adding a little water, which only made it drier. Regardless of the price, hype, and my desire for this to be good... you can find much tastier options for much less money.

Amazing. It began as a sweet bananas foster with a medium oak conclusion, but as it evolved, it transformed into an intense honey explosion. I'm astounded this is a 25-year-old. Absolutely phenomenal. A top two pour for me, potentially the number one if I could experience it more frequently without owning a bottle.
