About this bottle
Michel Couvreur's whisky journey began with wine in Burgundy. After selling to the UK market in the late 1970s, he was advised to add a premium whisky to his offerings. He believes maturation in casks accounts for 90% of a whisky's quality. This Special Vatting is a combination of three distinct Scottish single malt whiskies, matured in sherry casks.
