Melbourne Moonshine Apple Pie Shine

I picked this up since I hadn't had apple pie flavored moonshine since living in the Pacific Northwest, a region known for its apples and innovative spirits. It's excessively sweet for sipping straight, but it mixes exceptionally well with bolder whiskeys or fresh lime juice, proving surprisingly mellow for its potency.

Tastes like apple juice followed by a smooth, slightly boozy finish and a touch of creaminess. I'd prefer more malt and biscuit notes reminiscent of crust, and it's a bit too sweet for me to drink multiple servings, but it's damn tasty.
