Nose: Caramel, honey, toasted walnut, subtle oak and smoke. Body: Medium, with a slight warmth. Seems to be bottled at a lower proof. Palate: Cinnamon Red Hots, caramel. Finish: Lingering and smoky. Truly exceptional. Note: A highly anticipated store selection. This is remarkably good, featuring a nice palate and a fantastic finish. The maker has impressed me with this and another expression, proving to be quite good.
