MARS MALTAGE "COSMO" MANZANILLA CASK FINISH

A lovely aroma with notes of chocolate and stewed pears, accompanied by vanilla custard and a hint of smoke. The initial taste arrives slightly delayed, offering a well-balanced blend of tart citrus and sweet dark fruit. A persistent woody bitterness lingers in the finish. This is undoubtedly one of the more intriguing blends I have encountered.

This one really lets the sherry come through. It has a malty profile and finishes with dried apple. I would certainly drink it again.
